More Evidence That Exposure to Diesel Exhaust is Causally Associated With Lung Cancer

The increased risk is smallish, with an odds ratio of 1.31, but the finding was consistent, showed a strong dose-response relationship and statistically significant (95% CI of 1.19 - 1.43).
